I can’t recommend this book enough. “Crush It” by Gary Vaynerchuk very well could go down in history as the book that changed business as we know it forever!

Gary has his own story about growing up and building something big. In the midst of it all he decided he wanted to do something different, instead of giving up when he saw his original company taking a hit from it, he kept going and created something even bigger.

Also if you’re into wine then Gary’s a guy you’ll want to follow as well. Check out his daily TV Show.

This book and Gary is all about following your passions, what you really want to do in life and what you really enjoy and then making that work as a career. He gives great tips on avenues on how to start and everything Gary does be it his books, his blog, his talks, all let you see how letting your passion comes through can really make a difference.

You’ll see what I mean here in this video. This is one of the most inspiring movies I’ve ever seen. I actually will watch it at least every other week to keep me motivated on what I do.
